Journalling is one of the most practical things you can do to track and optimize your life. It gives you the space to introspect, practice organizing your thoughts, and reflect on what you’ve done.
In this guide, I’ve gone through hundreds of my entries and distilled nearly 100 of my favorite and most impactful journalling prompts that I’ve crafted or collected from various authors, entrepreneurs, and philosophers to help me reflect on my life.
Some of these questions I answer every year to see how my thoughts have changed, some of them have helped me find my passion and direction in life.
