I Tried Biohacker’s $2,000,000 Routine to Reverse Aging

I came across this tweet thread in late 2023 about this guy Bryan Johnson and how he’s spending $2m to reverse his age. Being the person who enjoys optimizing different aspects of his life, I thought it was interesting to try out.

I posted the video thinking nothing of it, but it quickly became ultra viral and was the #1 watched video about him on the platform for a weeks. (Including his own channel)

I also met him shortly thereafter!
