Year 1
- started running every day at first with the one punch man challenge, then ran every day to get shredded
- ran every day for 30 days with instagram reels as accountability
- started to actually enjoy running, became able to run for 1 hour+ without stopping but at a 10min/mi pace
- ran 16miles without stopping once
- signed up for a full marathon, goal is to do tokyo marathon one day
